My counseling approach is heart-centered, insight provoking, and helps you to develop new behavior that will change your life. Being heart-centered means listening from a geniunely caring place from the heart and using my intuition. This alone often results in clients feeling and truly knowing that they have been completely heard - sometimes for the first time in their lives. This builds a relationship quickly that gives you a feeling of real support and guidance that helps to accelerate your path to greater life fulfillment.

I am here to help you with whatever is bothering you in your personal life including addictions, obsessions, fantasies, reoccuring thoughts, troubling behavior, marital or relationship difficulties, and past abuse. My job is to be objective, non-judgemental, caring, and help you to achieve the change that you seek.
